1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

2.1 Free Trial

• New users receive a 14-day free trial period.
• Your payment method will be automatically charged after 14 days if you do not cancel before the trial ends.

2.2 Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: ₹10,000 per month
• Annual Plan: ₹8,334 per month (₹1,00,000 billed annually)

2.3 Auto-Renewal

• All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

2.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You retain access until the paid period expires.

2.5 Refund Policy

• NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason after the 14-day free trial period.
• To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial period ends.

2.6 Payment Failures

• If payment fails, your access may be suspended immediately.
• We reserve the right to retry failed payments.
• Accounts with outstanding payments may be terminated.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

3.1 Limited License

• The video/software access is shared with you exclusively for your personal use.
• This does not constitute a sale of Intellectual Property.

3.2 Watermarking

• All videos/software/reports will be watermarked with your Name and Identification.
• You are responsible for keeping all content safe and free from unauthorized access.

3.3 Prohibited Actions
